Design Sprint @ HNP

This mini documentary showcases Hearst Newspapers’ (HNP) journey through a design sprint, a five-phase (day) process of ideating, building, and then testing, to develop the publisher’s first purely digital and national product, Week& – the first in HNP’s 136 year history. The Hearst Creative and marketing teams sought to not only document this historic feat, but use it as an opportunity to promote HNP’s digital hub as well as the company’s innovative work environment.

I created and developed this mini documentary, brainstorming concepts with stakeholders and managing the pre through post production processes. Duties included: outlining storyboards/interview questions, scheduling shoots/crew/talent, supervising post production, and managing stakeholder feedback.
